I learned how to build new homes: first with modular construction, later with stick build or site built homes.
I even learned to trade futures by evaluating different technical patterns and anticipating market movements.
Along the way something began to dawn on me; I was learning a great deal about making money, but I wasn't making much money in the process. In other words, I was dabbling in many different areas instead of creating my own niche.

Develop your own area of expertise, your own niche, and stick with it.
